Secrets From Fat Loss Factor Review on Eating Healthy Everyday

The population of our world is about 7 billion people. That's a lot of people, a lot of different people with many different lifestyles and metabolisms. To propose any specific diet that will work for all of those people is shortsighted. The phrase "Eating Healthy" means different things to different people. In the end, I think the best way to find what a "Health Diet" might be is to take a look at the overall health of the individual. What is their daily energy level, what is their need for medications, how often do they get sick and require medical care, do they have any chronic conditions, etc. I think the best approach is the one that makes the most common sense to the individual with all of their own particular and unique life circumstances and situations. I would like to propose a middle of the road approach initially one that is a common sense approach to everyday eating. I know that not everyone who reads this will agree with it and therein lays the difference I was referring to earlier. Please remember nothing is written in stone and we all need to start somewhere. The idea is not immortality, it is health and your health should at least be measured by the criteria I mentioned above.

1) Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be purchased at your local health food store or from your local supermarket produce isle. Please do not substitute frozen fruits and vegetables for fresh. The process used to freeze fruits and vegetables removes a large portions of their nutrients and vitality. Vegetables are best served either raw in a salad or lightly steamed. When you cook your vegetables please take care not to over cook them. I know that may take a little extra attention and it's worth it. Try to eat 5 different servings of fruits and vegetables every day.

2) Drink plenty of fresh juices, water, herb teas. Anywhere around 8-12 glasses a day. More or less depending on the season.

3) How often and how much you eat of eggs, cheese, meat, fish and fowl are up to you. Do some reading and if you have any considerations or questions please talk to a responsible health practitioner.

4) Keep candy, desserts, butter, and alcohol to a minimum. If you smoke please get on a program to stop.

5) Don't eat after 7 PM, you'll sleep better.
